Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Certain products may require additional testing or quality checks before dispatch, especially refurbished devices.

Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates through email, SMS, or WhatsApp whenever applicable.

Revampfy currently delivers across most serviceable locations in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier operations.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, or courier disruptions may occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Packaging & Safety

All laptops, desktops, accessories, and refurbished systems are securely packed using protective materials to minimize transit damage. Devices are tested before dispatch to ensure proper working condition.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer through registered contact information. Customers can use the tracking link or tracking ID provided by the courier partner.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policies. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and remain reachable during delivery timelines.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Opened
  • Tampered
  • Improperly sealed

Please record photos/videos immediately and contact Revampfy support as soon as possible for assistance.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we coordinate closely with logistics partners, delays beyond our control may occasionally happen. In rare cases involving lost shipments, our team will investigate with the courier partner and provide appropriate resolution support.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details during checkout. Revampfy will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information submitted by customers.
